How to Resend Service Books?

Has your email stopped arriving? Did your browser disappear?

The easy solution is to pull the battery for 30 seconds and let the device reboot. If that does not solve the issue then you might need to resend the service books to the device. You can do this in one of three ways:


1. From the device go to Options >> Advanced Options >> Host Routing Table, then click the menu button and select: 'Register Now'


2. Log into your providers BIS site (you can usually access this by logging into the area where you view and pay your bill) and click the link to resend the service books.

For T-Mobile users:

a) Log into your my T-Mobile account and select 'Setup BlackBerry Internet Email'

b) Select (left menu box) 'Service Books'

c) Select 'Send Service Books'


3. Call your provider and have them resend the service books.
