BlackBerry PIN
Each BlackBerry has a unique PIN. This is not your 4-digit PIN for your SIM card, but an 8 character long value that is used to identify your device against the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. So this PIN is not used in the common understanding of "PIN" for logging in, like your using phone SIM card, ATM card, Online banking.
BlackBerry PIN Howto
To figure out what your BlackBerry PIN is you can go three ways:
- Starting on your BlackBerry Desktop you go to Options->Scroll Down->Status->Scroll down 5 rows now you should see your BlackBerry PIN.
- Install BBPinInfo and click on the BBPinInfo icon which is placed directly on your BlackBerry desktop.
- Create a new memo or go into any other app where you can type text and type 'mypin ', including the space. You will see your PIN appear.
